So today happened so fast, it's actually 11:13pm and am still up not feeling sleepy even without sleeping during the afternoon. My day started with me being lazy during the first half of the day, I got up from my bed for prayers and crash landed back on my bed after the prayers. Then my dad told me that I had to go to church on a must, that I should find a way to make attendance at the church beside us. My sister however wanted somewhere much more spirit filled and she suggested that we go to another parish called peculiar, prior to the morning we had that discussion the night before. I succumbed to her appeal to go to peculiar and we had to walk our way down to the parish that took us about 30mins to get there. On arriving at the church seeing that it was first Sunday the church auditorium was filled and we had to go sit down upstairs not until we were called for first timers did we go downstairs and sit down. During the service I had an encounter with God on a request of mine and the answers were giving to me. And I am praying to God that it stays with me till the end. I almost gave up on God but God showed up for me. Coming back home as we couldn't wait for them to finish the service before we left, my dad was in a bad mood on getting back home because mom left church without making him aware that they were going and he asked me if I went to church and I teased him about not going and he wanted to do like a 360 on me before I told him the truth that we went to peculiar. Today was a good and fruitful day.
